PROYECTS

PAILAMILLA ELECTRIC COMPONENTS FACTORY PLANT

This project is a 2 storey plant with 2 buildings with free plant big spand areas and 2 storey office building. Offering big spand open space the flexibility of the inner space allow a convenient workflow maximizing productivity. In office 2 storey building we mixed the system with tubes and truss to maximize cost effective meccano structure offering a offices space showing the inner view of the factory from a center connection space. Total 1200m2 project

LACSUR CHEESE PRODUCTION INDUSTRIAL PLANT

This large size project with 1350m2 and complex spaces was designed as a project that maximized the workflow and gives an intelligent usage of space inside the factory. Our flexible system allows the architect to design any shape and flow inside the structures with large span meccano Htype and truss structures that allows to adapt the inner space to the propper distribution that maximizes productivity.

In this project we designed a mixture of large h type structures and truss to make a easy to asamble project that combinates steel insulated ceiling and steel roof to make controlled temperature chambers adding refrigeration systems production machinery fire hose control cleaning systems, all that was needed to give the factory complete usage from construction to production.
