Rapel Home

This Project includes 2 homes at Rapel lake shore and one events hall with swimmingpool. The home rises over the lake offering a full view of the shore managing shades and temperature of the outdoor spaces with big roof shades and open terreces to enjoy the outdoor living on the lake shore. Designed with tubular Steel posts and truss type structures meccano was assabled very quickly. High-quality WPC claddings give warmth to the Steel walls that are completely hidden by fibercement and WPC. These residences stand out for their personalized design that adapt to natural colors and shapes of the natural environment.

Inside, warmth embraces every corner, thanks to the application of SPC floors and aluminum alloy thermo-panels windows. Rising above the lake shore, these houses offer a panoramic view of Rapel, transforming into authentic viewpoints that capture the unique essence of this idyllic environment.

Puquen Home

This home is designed to maximize the connection to the inner space of the home with the wonderfull views of the natural surroundings. The 4 Storey building rises above the surroundings with a terrace on the fourth storey that offers a spectacular 360° view of the wonderful environment of the Puquén National Park and the ocean. All main spaces of the home frame the spectacular sea views and the natural environment of the park.

Using WPC cladding in black color the eco friendly appearance of the home dont stand out from the natural environment, respecting the natural framing. In this house the architecture declare the H type meccano Steel structures, giving it a black color to contrast red and White walls to give a mixture of industrial and sustainable architecture style.

Smart Home Los Pinos

Smart and sustainable 2-storey home built with H-type and tube posts structures. On the first level, It has some concrete walls, while the remaining 95% of the structure is designed as our Meccano type structures and Steel panels. Our flexible system allows all kind of designs and it shows in this home, offering an open free plant that gives a continuity of the inner space of the home and the natural surroundings.

This home was fully furnished and implemented with our technology, with google home system to control lighting with the voice, intelligent cameras and door lock and many other intelligent features. This home electric system is fully solar and heating is electric low consumtion with far infrared panels.

This high tech home looks very warm since the fibercement and claddings hide the Steel walls completely, but giving it a life spand of more than 60 years.
